Made with potatoes and a bucket of water. It is a cube block and behaves like a solid or a liquid depending on the speed of the objects it collides with. Most of its properties are similar to powder snow, but instead of freezing when submerged, oxygen is reduced, as when submerged. When given a signal, it behaves like a perfect solid. You can also imagine a variant using poisoned potatoes.
