Painting Toggle or Wrench

In some of my builds, I use a lot of different paintings. Sometimes I'll look for a specific one to put down and it will take me a long time to do so because each time you place it down it is randomized. I still think it should be randomized, but we should he able to hit the painting like we can change item placement in an item frame to toggle between each one. Or, there could be a new wrench added that could be used to switch it and it could be used to change the direction of directional blocks such as rails, glazed terracotta, jukeboxes, etc. It could have a crafting recipe of:

iron  gold  iron

stick  iron
