Revamp Netherite

Netherite is incredibly rare for how good it is. On the insanely rare occasion that you find it all it will really add to any diamond tool, weapon, or armor is slightly more durability. Netherite should either be much easier to find (it is still dangerous to mine in the nether) or have much more uses, also making it's current uses more powerful. Perhaps there could be a new weapon such as a Netherite Spear that can be constructed only from netherite, thus adding uniqueness to the ore.
