boat teather

As any minecrafter knows the addition of the camel, is one of 2 anticipated rideable mobs in the 1.20 update, (sniffer is the second). That being said, none of these mobs can be ridden on while in the water. You can put them on rafts but you can't ride the raft  at the same time, rendering the raft useless. Enter the boat hitch; allowing you to tether the boat to the raft and drag the raft with you with your quadrupedal cargo.  It should require wood and string to craft it.
