Hover Boots

Endgame items havent been added since the Elytra and Shulker Boxes but if there was a way to combine an Elytra to netherite boots to imitate the motion of hovering it would be amazing for the builders of the community and also for PvPers. Obviously you would have to choose between the elytra and boots because having both wouldnt make much sense but if we have literal wings and means for teleportation why cant we have more endgame loot, like an end armor.
