Mending enchantment

Called Linked, it would make any experience gained to be shared with anything in your inventory that had mending on it. So that bedrock players can fix there tools or even armor a little more efficiently. Java has the ability to put tools in their offhand to fix them, bedrock does not. So to get around having something in the offhand for bedrock players how about an enchantment instead
