Minecraft Bedrock Realm Server Crashes

I've tried to report a bug, but the website says my login info is incorrect, yet I logged in here just fine, and the system failed to send me reset information. So I'm posting here. At least 3-4 times a day our Realm crashes on Bedrock Edition. Everyone on the realm, even outside of the house, gets booted and it says "Server Disconnected" or something in that nature. Then when we log in, we're backtracked a few minutes to something we were doing prior, even flying, in which case we die before the world loads. Also, when logging in our going through portals, we have to stand still and look around for the world to load in every time. It looks like blank space and in some cases we see through walls, etc. Please fix the crashing servers! We know it's not our internet, when others who use the realm have everything happening to them as well, so it's beyond our control! This even happened when someone else hosted a realm for us. So we would appreciate y'all looking into this! Thanks!!!
