Clothes/Armor Update Concept!

Clothes/Armor need a new look/change and here's what I think.

Clothes/Armor

Throughout all Minecraft updates armor has stayed the same, there was no spice or flashiness to any of the armor in the game. You should be able to show off your armor in proud glory! Which is why I recommend having the option to dye your armor, giving it lining off the Dye that you chose. For instance, Diamond Armor is just a cyan blue, but what if you can add darker or lighter shades of blue? Giving it a nice dark blue trim to contrast the bright cyan. (Think of the prototype Netherite armor)

Leather Armor

Leather armor throughout the entirety of the game is useless, sure you could get it early game via Mobs or cows, but cows have small chances to drop enough leather to make aa full set (if you were just running around killing them), and mobs generally tend to spawn with Enchanted Gold, or Chainmail armor. My suggestion is that leather armor should become more of a fashion piece. It should still have its base model in the game, but when you dye it, you should have a variety of different looking leather armors at your disposal. It'll also give the player a new reason to have a Leatherworker Villager around as a nicer alternative then to just going on a cow massacre.

Thats my idea for an update, or at least a small update like the Piglin Brute. I'm open to suggestions, I tried to keep this in the realm of possibility.
