I've recently had some experiences in map-making where I'd try to make a shadow to something like an entrance that is completely pitch black, but the shadow never looks realistic. The best way I've found so far is having black concrete behind tinted glass, however, you can still see the glass. So, this leads me to the idea of the Darkness Block. The Darkness Block is an operator block that acts just like tinted glass, but it's invisible. This will be very useful for map-makers if they want to dim something but still have it looks open. The block may also (but doesn't have to,) be able to be adjusted on how much it dims the blocks behind it.
