Watching the recent controversy about Windswept Savannas' grass color being changed from bright green to yellow on Bedrock as a parity update, I think it is necessary that you could change the grass color of an area regardless of what biome it currently is in.
There are two ideas that come to mind:
1. Picking up a grass block from a specific biome. The grass block would store and retain its color when placed in another biome, and it could even spread to other grass blocks nearby.
2. Dying grass with different dyes. The grass color of grass blocks around a certain area could change to the selected dye. It could even work with colors you wouldn't naturally find, such as pink or blue.
Thanks!
