Wisp Mob

The wisp could be a neutral mob that spawned in the soulsand valley and could lead to either treasure or a new structure of some kind (maybe like ancient runes or a spiritual meeting place containing a new item). If you were to attack the wisp, it would launch souls at the player and light the player on fire and add a new negative status affect (like something maybe that temporarily lowers your max health or the sort) The wisp will lead you to the treasure or new structure if you present it with ghast tears or something that carries the same concept.     The wisp was already considerd (for 1.16) but in the end not added right?
