There was always that one thing that was missing since the aquatic update, and that would be pearls. There can't be coral, dolphins, tridents, or even clams without some sort of kind pearl ore. It's such a majestic mineral for sea life and can be used for tools or even decoration.
For pearls, they can be the size of a flowerpot, a turtle egg, or a sea conduit. and with a recipe of prismarine crystals, they could be light decorations. And for tools, although they have no use such has pickaxes, axes, shovels, or hoes. But these would be a good change instead of the same old sword combat such as staves. With the idea of crafting a pearl with 2 blazes, this is become a powerful yet balanced weapon for people who preferred range attacks.
This could give off new enchantments like freeze, small healing, and even prismarine shards, dealing less damage but extremely faster than crossbows or bows. Of course, a few enchants can make the staff even stronger but that would up to you. And Lastly, Quartz is quite similar to pearls, it would be a good idea to add a little texture by adding pearl blocks, giving scenes more flavor in design. This would also be good for the end's sky islands, which can be found underground of the islands, loot chests, and even enchantment books. I would like minecraft to add pearls in the game as it would complete the old aquatic update and possibly a new biome for the end farlands adding pearl ores and tools. I look forward for comments of this idea. :)
