Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Gilded Quartz Blocks

A Decorative Block made to resemble Gold, but with Quartz-like Variants. It would be crafted using 4 Nether Quartz, as is present in typical Quartz Blocks, and 5 Gold Nuggets arranged in an X-like pattern about the Nether Quartz. It would initially look similar to the texture of Quartz, with a Golden glint. Using a Crafting Table or a Stonecutter, one could make Gilded Quartz Stairs, Gilded Quartz Slabs, or texture the block into Gilded Quartz Bricks, Gilded Quartz Pillar, and Chiseled Gilded Quartz Block. The Chiseled Gilded Quartz Block may have a different pattern than Chiseled Quartz Block.
