Middle mouse sorts inventory

As someone who's played many handfuls of modpacks, I (and I'm pretty sure I speak for a lot of people) have gotten used to a plethora of QoL features. One that in my opinion should be added to the vanilla game is middle mouse click to sort an inventory - because why not

    Independent inventory management is a full-fledged part of the gameplay, you will understand this if, for example, you play the cult "Diablo II".
