Sunken Ships (Afloat)

Add a variation of the sunken ship that is not sunken, but instead floating on the water. It would have a pirate flag and, if possible, a few aggressive pirate mobs that have similar characteristics to Vindicators. The ship would have a chest with the same loot as a treasure chest, and the spawn rate of the structure should be low.

    Or ghost ships.  Look like a sunken ship, but are floating.  It's a thing that actually happens sometimes.  They can be eerie.
