Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Intersection Rails & Switch Rails

As a player who enjoys creating train/subway systems I think Intersection Rails & Switch Rails would be necessary for a better rail system. For example a rail who connects 4 other rails from 4 different directions in a "+" shape and also a rail who could allow me to switch from one rail to another (redstone powered). Thank you.
