Winter Snow

I love the Christmas Presents as an in-game feature. This gave me the idea of having a new type of snow that only appears during December, January and February. You could call it "winter snow" or something else more creative. Along with the block, during the winter months, it would snow "winter snow" in every biome instead of raining (except for the ones like desert or badlands). If it did snow, after the winter months, all untouched "winter snow" should disappear since I don't want to clean up all those chunks I loaded during the winter. Breaking "winter snow" will turn it into regular snow so the item has no difference. Hopefully, it's not too much for the developers and if it is, i'll go back to spawning snow golems. This should only happen in countries where it does snow though, like Canada, Norway or any other northern or southern region that receives snow.
