let's add lan crossplay on Bedrock

adding lan crossplay players will able to play together without online memberships

if online mode in world is on user will be prompted to buy membership (console)
if only its lan you and friend can enjoy minecraft without 4 dollars per month

    I also want that you don't need to be friends with the person on any sort of account to join on a LAN. To prevent unfriendly people from joining, you can set a password.
