Tier of unique enchants should be based on the difficulty you found it

Finding a unique (or anything with a built in enchantment), the tier of the enchantment should be based on what mode you found it in. If you are playing on default mode the tier of the unique will be tier 1, (the same as we have now). Finding a unique on adventure mode has a tier 2 enchantment. Finding a unique on apocalypse mode the tier is 3. This will balance out uniques that don't have an enchantment for it's unique trait. Black wolf armour is considered worse than fox armour. Fighters bindings are considered loads better than soul fists or maulers. And harp cross bow is considered better than lighting harp cross bow.

    I like this idea, it makes sense to have. I've always found Uniques to be pretty lack-luster especially once you get to Apocalypse Difficulty, having this would breathe some much-needed life into them and allow for better item synergy overall, good suggestion!

    i feel like their special perk should be like "teir 4" because they are rarer than normal items, but that might be too op lol
