Crops Growing in Loaded Chunks, and not also near a player.

A chunk containing crops (wheat, melon, potatoes etc.) will not grow if the chunk it is located in, is not close to a player. (The given chunk within 128 blocks from said player)

Letting crops be able to grow when just loaded by their given chunk will help with realism and be a relief for those who wish to automate farming via. "chunk loaders".

For instance, on multiplayer servers. The only current way to keep an automated crop farm running while not within 128 blocks of the farm's chunk. Is simply to be close enough. Yet, Iron farms function with "chunk loaders", but automated crop farms do not.
