Custom classic skins on all platforms

I like having my own unique look, and the normal bedrock skin creator isn't really super fantastic for that. I can upload my own unique skin on mobile, but it doesnt transfer to my console! I want to be able to play on my consoles and look fabulous at the same time. please add the ability to have custom-by-pixel skins in bedrock.
