    The current "difficulty" system isn't even about difficulty because obviously you want to get to the highest tier possible sooner or later. I'm more concerned about the terrible mission level system. Why am I being punished for picking lower mission level? I don't have a perfect build that's apparently necessary to not die instantly against mobs on the recommended level. Why limit the level of gear I get as a reward? That makes it pretty much pointless. Can't we just have 5 difficulty tiers (casual, easy, medium, hard, expert) with various XP and loot chance bonuses instead of mission levels?
