Craftable Cobwebs

Make cobwebs craftable using 4 or 9 string in a square. Cobwebs right no are a cool building block to use in run-down builds or spider themed builds, and can also be useful for some redstone contraptions. Making them craftable would remove the annoyance of needing to find a mineshaft and tear through it with shears for a cheap feeling item, and would make string, an item with very few uses, actually useful for something.
