Re-add stone cutter functionality.

If crafting tables are used to make wooden stairs the stone cutter item should be ably be used to craft stone ones. This way it builds back its purpose into the game as it used to be before.

    Heck expand the stone cutter to cut wood as well, give it some more functionality, could even just rename it to Cutter.

    Probably better to add a sawmill workstation block, to keep mason villagers, and add a carpenter villager for the wood-related objects. Stone cutter should literally cut only stones, that's what their blades are designed specifically for.
