The sneaker pad is a cousin of the snap fish. This one can be found in lush caves and swamps. Biologist don't know if the sneaker pad found it's way up to the surface and it split up to two different speces or if snap fish lived up there all along and the sneaker pad found it's way up. These satnery mobs wait for a frog to jump on them and then close its mouth on them very fast but will ever once in a while will miss its target giving the frog or something else like the player. Though it can't move by its self it can move to look in a deferent direction. To move it has to hope that a current will pick it up and move it to some were else. Here's what it looks like.
