The Elder Shot!

I find that the ocean monument in minecraft is probably one of the most unrewarding structures in the game. No offense to anyone who made it, but I just don't think it gives a good reward for all the stuff you have to go through to get through it. You get sponge for traversing a difficult maze you can't even mine through whilst fighting several difficult mobs that shoot lasers. You also can get gold but you'll probably get more gold from raiding a couple of bastions. That's why I'd like to suggest The Elder Shot! (yes the exclamation is necessary.) The elder guardians would drop a new item known as the elder eye that you would be able to make potions of mining fatigue, But you would also be able to combine it with some prismarine, and redstone to change a crossbow into a new weapon known as The Elder Shot! The elder shot would shoot the guardian's blast after charging it for a few seconds. This would be the only ranged weapon to defy gravity; it could also be given a tipped arrow to apply a negative effect to the blast. it would however come at the cost of needing a lot of repairs done to it as it would have little durability and would need prismarine to not break. The elder shot would also consume XP while charging overall in my opinion I think this would make a good addition to the game while keeping a vanilla style
