Prismarine Allowing Dripstone to Grow

I briefly misunderstood the particle effects of dripstone and thought my dripstone placed on prismarine was growing without water above the prismarine. This seemed like a really cool little detail, because prismarine is related to the water so it being able to supply the water the dripstone needs kinda made sense.

  Dripstone, like real life stalagmites and stalactites, needs material to pile onto the tip. The dripstone block provides that material.
