Chilled Stone

A new stone variant that's basically just blue stone. It would be a deep blue, kind of a slightly lighter lapis block but darker prismarine block. It would have the same utility of any other decorative stone like andesite as in it could be made for stairs, slabs, anything the stone cutter does. 

The reason I went with the name "chilled stone" is because I think it could be part of a new underground biome, ice caves. Usually cold is attributed to the darker blues, so I think it would make perfect sense to have these new ice caves use chilled stone as the main block to compose it, kind of like dripstone blocks being the main block in dripstone caves. Finding these ice caves would be how players get chilled stone, but I also have the idea that players can craft chilled stone by putting a stone block and ice block together to make the new chilled stone. 

I propose this idea because there isn't really all that many blue blocks in the game, and the ones that exist aren't easily acquirable, which even then they don't have the versatility of decorative stones. I think chilled stone would be a great new building block for builders, and again, could be used to make a new underground biome for the game.
