Sugarcane block

A new block for sugarcane it'd be similar to the bamboo block but rotatable and a lime color it can also be crafted back into sugarcane if wanted great for storage saving.

  This would be a good way to let us add shading/texture to bamboo builds and match how kelp etc has storage blocks.

  Plus, sugar cane is a block players tend to farm in mass quantities (for rockets and trading) so being able to compact it down is genuinely useful.
