Feather Wielding

Feather Wielding would be a new enchantment for weapons that would increase the weapon's attack speed. It would come in levels from I to IV, each increasing the attack speed by 0.25 (+0.25 for lvl 1, +0.5 for lvl 2, so on and so forth). For balancing purposes, Feather Wielding and Sharpness would not work together on the same item.
