More potions and new craft for spectral arrow.

I want to add all potion in bottle for use them in fights and do a crafts for them:

Nausea potion will made with puffer fish ,blindness with ink bag ,glowing with glow stone or glowing bag ,darkness with skult catalist ,luck with gold and bad luck with netherack.

And now the spectral arrow will be crafted with the glowing potion.
