Update "Announced" &" Under Review" & "Banned" Features

I noticed the categories of Announced & Under Review are slightly outdated.

Announced: There's nothing about Chiseled Bookshelves, Camels, or Piglin Heads or new spawn eggs.

[Launcher, feature request] Community Voting - This was already done so this should be marked as released.

Previously Considered Suggestions - Please add to the "not copying mods" bullet that "this includes the Aether, per confirmed by kingbdogz himself." Also, add "we are not adding chests to camels, due to the donkey." Since this was confirmed too. Also make this a section along with announced and under review, being "Denied Features" please.
