Add Alastor the Radio Demon from the Hazbin Hotel animated series please

Alastor should spawn naturally in Nether, and he should be either neutral or hostile.

    Well, Mojang could obtain rights from the owner of this character through negotiations or something like that, and would be allowed to use Alastor in Minecraft.
