I noticed that the developers have added animation to the head of the duty on redstone blocks.
DEVELOPERS ADD ANIMATIONS TO CREEPER AND OTHER MOB HEADS.
as well as the sound of the player's head on the music block.

The others don't have moving parts like the dragon and piglin do (as naturally on the mobs themselves), just solid blocks as heads without the extra model parts.
