Small Additions to Custom Dimension Customization

Currently there are a ton of things you can modify when creating custom dimensions, however there are some small things I would like to see added which would give players more control over their custom dimensions. Many of these suggestions where a part of the snapshot 20w14∞ and could be added to dimension_type.

• Ability to hide clouds and the moon 
• Modifiable day lengths
• Sky light level
• World color tint
• Size & color of the sun and moon

These relatively minor additions would add so much to custom dimensions. I hope at least some of these will one day be added in one form or another.
