Ability to register comments in the command block

Complex commands are difficult to understand at first glance. It's even more difficult for non-English users. Comment field in the UI would make it very easy to understand.

Placing Sign is a well-known method, but it is critical to make running very slow.
Even if you name them in Anvil, they are reflected only in the output to the item and chat fields, and are not discernible from the appearance or UI at all.

There is a space between "Console Command" and "Previous Output". There is no way not to take advantage of this.

It's a great idea, command blocks are not as used anymore since functions became a thing. What I do typically is if there are any NBT tags I'd add stuff in between like {CrearParticulas:1} and the command will still run and invented NBTs just won't do anything besides adding readable text to the command line.
