Let's talk about the latest Java Pre-release (1.19.3 Pre-Release 2)

Edit: 1.19.3 Pre-release 3 is now available.

We're onto the first pre-release for 1.19.3, which we're aiming to ship on December 6th. Check out this week's changelog for more details!

Minecraft: Java Edition 1.19.3 Pre-release 3

You can also use the new feature toggle to try out new features coming in our 1.20 update, including the new camel mob and chiseled bookshelves.

Please use this thread for general snapshot feedback. If you want to give us your feedback on 1.20 features, head over to our dedicated feedback site category.

What about bugs, lag, or crashing issues?

Please file a bug or use our Gameplay and Support Resources to find where these should go. Any bug, support or status of release and gameplay question posts will be removed.

I have a brand new idea or feature!

Please be sure to add suggestions or feedback about new features in the appropriate category.

Parity is something that's super important to our developers so everyone gets the same experience across Java and Bedrock. While this doesn't always happen simultaneously, major features that have been announced are in the works for both clients. Don't worry!

Thanks for being patient!

You can find all previous changelogs in the Knowledge Base in the "Snapshot Information and Changelogs" category.

This pre-release has chat reporting, therefore it is bad.

You guys should remove Chat Reporting in the next Pre-Release so I have a reason to update my game when 1.19.3 comes out! :D

I love the changes to variants! I hope to see a new update where players can now execute commands without needing capitals! It would make using Minecraft commands much easier
