On the Java edition of Minecraft, you are able to edit the NBT data of entities and blocks using commands, which allows for a lot more customization in maps than on Bedrock edition. It is possible to change NBT data on worlds and structures through the use of external editors, but I feel like it would be a lot more convenient if players could do it through the use of commands. The only NBT data we can edit on Bedrock edition is what blocks an item can be placed on, what blocks an item can break, and whether or not an item is locked in our inventory. In Java edition, you can edit a lot more things, such as an entity's velocity, the data of a falling block, and the time it takes for a primed TNT to explode. Things like that on Bedrock edition would be amazing in my opinion.
