Soul torches and lantern blue light

Soul lanterns and torchers should produce a blue light instead of a normal light

    I also feel that different' color light should affect mobs differently. Blue fire is common in the Nether so Nether mobs avoid the fire, Overworld mobs won't until they run into it sort of thing. If they add different colors, have other behavior or mechanics changes.

    It is possible to add a built-in optional shader. Please go to the topic "Colored Lighting".
