Wither Skeleton Skulls Make Wither Sounds On Noteblocks

The skeleton and wither skeleton sounds when played while on top of a note block are already pretty similar, and the wither makes such unique and iconic noises that could be used to troll friends. We know for pretty much certain that we'll never be getting a wither head anyway so... yeah. Plus the wither skull technically is the same skull as the wither, just sayin...

  Or alternatively, add a Wither head with its own sounds.

  While I'll agree that that is a possibility, technically it would be the exact same skull you put on the wither in the first place, and I doubt mojang is going to agree to add a wither head when they wont even make a spider or enderman head, two major mobs that have been in the game practically forever
