Add a mob Sound effect for the Player head

As of snapshot 22w46a, the ability for mob sound effects were added when you place their mob head on top of a note block. what if they added the classic Minecraft "oof" sound effect from alpha as an easter egg.

  I wish there was a way to get player heads in survival in Vanilla... :(
