Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Bone tools and armors should be better than iron but they have some issues during the day or when exposed to sun

It would be a unique building and tool array that would be fun to have. Maybe skeleton armour offers a chance to block/reduce a melee attack's damage, and wither having a rare chance to inflict short withering "thorns" effect to attackers.

A data pack that I love, is using bone blocks to craft dead corals which you then use a sea pickle to revive. While minecrafty in magic logic, is actually a neat idea to promote coral growth and rehabilitation projects, makes coral a little more accessible to players, and makes use of bone blocks which share a similar chemical makeup.

Humans have used bone as a material for tools, weapons, arrowheads and hilts since prehistoric times. Many peoples (for example, the Chukchi) made lamellar armor from bones. A great choice if you don't have access to enough metal.
