Classic Skins

I play Minecraft on PS4 and do not have a constant internet connection. The Classic Skin packs should be allowed to be used without the need for internet. I am sick and tired of my Skyrim Spriggan skin being defaulted to Alex or Steve. Just to have to turn my phones hotspot on to get my classic skin back. There is nothing custom about classic skins so I do not see why they require internet to even use. I liked it way before all the updates when I could change my skin at will from any of the classic packs and I would not be online at all. It would be great if the classic skins could go back to being used without an internet connection.
