An in-game method to report servers

If there is a way for players to be reported, a system for reporting servers which violate EULA certainly can be implemented ?

    I agree with this.

    Players can report servers to Mojang. Mojang maintains a database of "warnings".

    When the client attempts to conenct to a server the warning will be displayed. The player can ignore the warning if they want to. There could be a warning icon in the main multiplayer menu too.

    If the server gets enough warnings then Mojang can ban the server.
