Name of that mob would be Ender decoy. new neutral ender mob that would teleport 5 blocks behind you and it would make 3 hearts of true damage. it could make 2 copies of himself and decoys would be able to destroy with bow. End crystals heal it 1 heart in second and they have 50 hearts. It would drop:

100%  1 eye of ender

30%  1-3 end stone dust

1%  1 core of the end

Big tower ruin made of end stone and obsidian with few ender crystals in small balconies inside.

there would be layers and the bottom floor would be filled with dust that makes 5hp true damage.

you would have to parkour on big floating cubes of end stone.

core of the end could be crafted to ender cloak. 

it could be crafted with 3 end stone dust 1 core of the end and 2 black wool and 3 eye of ender. 

ender cloak could be put on chestplate and if you pressed g you would become invisible for 5 seconds and teleport 8 blocks forward.

i hope this gets in game so we would get new elytra like thing without flying.
