Wither skeleton sword

You might sea that a wither skeleton has a stone sword and sometimes it drops it upon death. But what if the wither skeleton had a different sword? This sword has the same damage as stone sword but it gives you the wither effect when you get hit by it, you can't craft the sword and you can only get it if a wither skeleton drops it.
