Goat Horn of Lightning

I have an idea for the purpose of Copper Horns. You can craft Copper Goat Horns and somehow put them on or into Lightning Rods, and then if a lightning bolt hits the rod then it creates a Charged Copper Goat Horn, which produces sounds which are the same as the normal Copper Goat Horn but with some crackling electricity as well, and when used, it targets one random mob within 15 blocks of the user except the Player or their tamed mobs, but also has a very small chance to target the Player or one of their tamed mobs instead. The targeted mob will be subjected to a Lightning Bolt. To avoid being farmable, lightning rods cannot let Copper Goat Horns enter nor Charged Copper Goat Horns leave it. The Lightning Rod might also need some UI or maybe you can right-click the lightning rod with a Copper Goat Horn. Perhaps the Lightning Rod maybe able to charge other items, like making a Copper varient of Iron Bars and make them charged so they deal a little damage and knockback. Just an idea! And I would love to see this in Minecraft, and I imagine others would like to see a new weapon that can backfire on them!
