More realistic and easier swimming mechanics

Swimming got better in the update aquatic, but i think a few changes are still necessary:

• If you are swimming in the old way, you can jump out of the water. This feature should be removed. The max height in water should be when the head is above the surface
• Also the swimming in the old way need to be a little bit animated. The feet should work as they are but the arms should be perform a swimming movement
• Getting out of the water should be how everyone does it. Arms on the edge of the pool and than up with the rest of the body (this should not apply on a ladder)
