Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Shield Crafting

Hello dev team, my name is SpiralRabbit58, and I want to give you one idea. How about to add a new shield crafting system? I mean, when you craft a shield from acacia planks, the shield has their color? You see, there are different things made of different types of wood. Doors, trapdoors and etc. So, why not apply this thing to shield? Maybe, it would be less useful when you put a banner on it, but at least it would be nice to have different colors of shield without banners.

    Hello, today I figured out that you would have a question: "If all conditions are added, how to distinguish spruce shield from usual shield? And dark oak shield? They are nearly identical!". And I will answer: you can add some special graphic features. For example, you can add on dark oak shield some sprouts. Or, you can make a unique design for some shields. Good example here is dark oak shield: he can become a big slice of bark with iron frame. So, that`s the decision.
