Sea Otters

There would be a rocky shore biome with villager piers, and you could find these mobs here. If you gave them a fish, they would give you random loot drops.

    they also hunt fish and play around with the ball in your fishing rods, when you are fishing, making it hard to fish near them.

    This would be a fun mob to have in the game, but I don't think this should be high priority.

    Loot drops could be from the fishing loot pool? Good companion for fishing if you want to fish for loot
